They have the ability to be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Great Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
They are natural problem-solvers and confident at troubleshooting and willing to investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.

Job Description
• Act as a first line of contact for incoming calls
• Multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Build sustainable relationships & trust with customers through open communication
• Partner with sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Assist with sample accessioning
• Keep records of customer interactions using CRM system
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures, guidelines and company policies
Job Qualifications
• High School Diploma/GED
• Demonstrated ability to work with other office, technical and managerial professionals
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions including those with other employees, senior management & customers
• Ability to navigate through a PC, Microsoft Office & learn new computer software systems
• Good oral and written communication
• Willing and able to work flexible hours
• Willing and able to travel occasionally
• Presentation and public speaking skills are a plus
