As a high-performing, results-driven, analytical person, it’s no wonder Bernard started NTS and built it into the successful company it is today. Currently, he enjoys using his leadership background to motivate, train and mentor people at all levels of expertise. Bernard gained his extensive experience at companies such as CMS/Halifax, Comtech, Inc., IBM and Xerox as both a sales manager and a marketing manager.

Just some of the awards and recognition Bernard has received in recent years include Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year, the Richmond Times Dispatch Rising 25 Award and Virginia Business’ Fantastic 50 Award. Under his helm, NTS has been named a DiversityBusiness.com Top 100 Diversity Owned Business for multiple years and one of the Inc 500 Fastest Growing Companies.
