Confirm with IT that your network can support remote workers. If so, what is the capacity?

Ask employees to show up to their home office as if they were going into the office – dressed, a work area set-up, and distractions kept to a minimum.

Schedule weekly agenda driven meetings to keep projects on track.

Scheduled brief daily stand-ups to stay in touch with what others are doing.

Schedule training sessions to further employee engagement.

Understand what is covered by your IT support contractor for remote users.

If you’re working from home, remember to take a break.
