With her extensive marketing and sales experience, she handles advertising, online marketing campaigns, event planning, community relations, IT training courses and internal events. Telling the NTS story to the Richmond metro area is one of her favorite responsibilities. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Being our Client Advocate puts Carol in a position to make sure client needs are understood and met. She enjoys staging and hosting educational events for employees and clients where new information is presented.
